Impressive Speed in Solving Our Issue
WE had a great stay with our family at this rental. They had everything we needed; it was clean, pool/hot tub area was a hit for both kids and adults. We couldn't think of one thing we needed that the condo didn't supply. The only issue we had during our stay was that the fridge broke on our second day there. They sent out a repair man immediately, but despite his efforts that night the fridge was still not operational in the morning. Repair man came back but wasn't able to salvage the fridge. Luckily, we traveled with a large cooler and could keep our food from spoiling. This was obviously something out of their control,
so it's not a negative on my review. I think, had we asked they would have provided a supplemental fridge, but we were checking out the next day anyway. What I appreciate about the situation was how prompt they were to reply and get a maintenance person there so quickly. Overall, our trip was great, and we will be bac

Perfect location and accommodations
Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO - there's plenty of room for everyone, and the master bath is AMAZING!! The location is in walking distance to restaurants and shops and we found the accommodations to be comfortable overall. We had a small issue that was dealt with promptly (they have a great maintenance staff!). Kitchen had the basics - recommend having pans with lids and some cookie sheets. We loved the cute coffee mugs :-)

This place is just perfect!
The amount of times our family remarked “this place is just perfect” was excessive. There was everything you needed and more to have a comfortable stay. Obviously the surroundings are gorgeous and the walkability was a nice surprise. Beds/ linens were great and all the furniture was comfortable. We loved it here and cannot wait to return!

Great stay for young families!
As always, the unit is well stocked. The kitchen items go above and beyond most hosts, including coffee, cooking oil, SPICES, tin foil, etc - the things you need in a kitchen that usually are not stocked by other hosts.
We always enjoy properties hosted by Little Sister Getaways. Being able to use the pool at the Grand Rockies Resort is a major bonus for families with young children.

Favourite family getaway
We have been going to Mystic springs for over 18 years. We love the accommodations and heated pool. Everything is within walking distance.
This particular unit is updated and clean. Enjoyed the abundance of towels and supplies needed!
Little sisters is very easy to communicate with!

Great experience in Canmore!
Had a great experience in this unit - communication with the owners was fantastic, and the unit was comfortable and clean with all the amenities. Layout is also great, with a bedroom/bathroom combo on either side of the main living area. A small but significant bonus for the complex in general was how spacious and abundant the underground heated parking was (other parkades in Canmore can be really tight and limited, making parking a huge hassle, especially with a standard or larger SUV.). Had a great time, and would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and safe
We enjoyed the space and ambience of the property. It was clean, well stocked, and easy for us to use. The pool and hot tub are very popular and listening to the laughing children was a treat. The sound proofing was excellent! With the windows and doors closed, we could barely hear what was happening outside. Our only wish was for a dresser to unpack into- but there was sufficient space to make do.

Very Cute!
The Romantic Mountain Escape was our home base for the first leg of our Canadian Rockies adventure. The condo had everything we needed and the shower was amazing after a long day exploring. The kitchen had what we needed. We didn’t do any cooking, but the coffee maker and fridge got some good use. Canmore is very cute and the condo is close to the main downtown area. There are 2 hot tubs, go to the one near the front desk for views of the mountains...
