The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals comfortably. A dedicated dining area makes it easy to enjoy meals together.
Step outside onto the private balcony and take in the stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. The outdoor space also features a BBQ and patio seating, perfect for warm summer evenings.
After a day of adventure, unwind in the luxurious master suite with a plush king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The condo offers three king bedrooms in total, three high-end bathrooms, and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.
Guests have access to excellent resort amenities, including a fitness center, hot tub, and heated indoor pool. A washer and dryer are included in the unit for added convenience.
A large private storage locker is available, ideal for storing bikes and outdoor sporting equipment during your stay. Underground parking is also provided.

This condo is located close to many walking paths and trails and is a short walk to downtown Canmore, as well as nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Canmore is located just outside the Banff National Park gates and offers access to hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, swimming, sightseeing, and more.
The town also features over 80 restaurants, shopping, spas, and boutiques, offering something for tourists, locals, and weekend adventurers alike.
Transportation options include bus, shuttle, taxi, walking, biking, or rental car.
Parking Information
Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth comes an increase in visitors, especially when it comes to parking. If you are travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find parking is often later in the evening.
Parking options include:
Limited free street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas
Paid parking lots with hourly or daily rates
Standard-sized parking stalls, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks
The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Please plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking.
Security deposit, rental agreement, and photo ID are required prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
