This family-friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect spot for your Canmore getaway! The unit is very spacious and can sleep up to 10 guests (max 8 adults, 10 with children) comfortably. The resort has all the amenities that you need for a great vacation, during any season. The best features are a large heated outdoor pool that's open year-round, 3 different hot tubs, gym facilities, and an outdoor playground.
The unit itself is ample 1200 square feet and has 3 generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids and teens with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. The living room has lots of seating and one of the sofas is a queen pull-out. The full kitchen has everything you need for preparing and enjoying meals. There's also a dining area with seating for 8 and more seating at the counter beside it.
The large balcony has mountain views and pool views. There's also a natural gas BBQ and outdoor seating.
The condo is conveniently located to the outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. It's a quick walk down the hall to the large rectangular hot tub. The pool is given a balcony, so you can send older kids off to the pool, but still, keep an eye on them.
The unit is supplied with great extras like luxury bath products, robes for the master suite, board games, video games, streaming apps & smart TVs, Cable, and Wi-Fi.

Parking Information:
Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes more busyness—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.
You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.
Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.
Security Deposit, Rental Agreement and ID required prior to arrival.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
